BALL METHOD

A stability ball and dumbbell workout that builds a rock-solid core and better posture—perfect for desk workers. Don’t be fooled by the ball; this class is tougher than it looks!

A high-intensity cardio class combining free weights, abs, and bodyweight moves for a calorie-burning, strength-building sweat session.

YUFIT

A dynamic HIIT workout focusing on upper body and core, with push-ups, planks, burpees, and free weights. Energizing and challenging from start to finish.

YUPOWER

An energizing HIIT class targeting legs, glutes, and core with free weights, bodyweight, and loop bands—perfect for definition, speed, and power.

YUSTRETCH

Our recovery class blends mobility, stretching, and foam rolling to improve flexibility, posture, and overall well-being. Regular participation enhances recovery.

FAQs

Should I book classes in advance?

Yes, please give us notice if you are showing up to class so we can setup your station.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 8 hours notice to change or cancel a workout. Late cancels are $10 and No Shows are $15. We also have a new PEAK HOUR cancellation policy. Before 10AM daily, late cancels and now shows are $25 due to high demand and limited space. Please be sure to cancel with 8 hours notice – we are not able to waive this fee.

How does your waitlist work?

You will automatically be moved into a class when a space opens up. Please check your MindBody account for updates.

Which classes are best for beginners?

We recommend starting with Ball Method and Body Sculpt as a foundation.

Should I bring anything to class?

Please bring water. We provide everything else.

What is your shoe policy?

Please wear comfortable athletic shoes. Ball Method is a shoes off class so we recommend grippy socks or going barefoot.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds, but we can transfer your class credits to personal training or a friend’s account. Please e-mail us with your specific request.
