How to Play:

WEEK 1: Record how many burpees you can do in 30 seconds on the Challenge Board. This measurement will be your foundation and you can track your strength, form, and progress over time. *You can record this any week if you need to start late. We’d still love for you to join when you can! πŸ™‚

WEEK 2: This week is all about maintaining your energy. We will continue to workout more than usual, be active everyday, and intentionally eat healthier, drink water, and get more sleep so we can keep up the hard work.Β 

WEEK 3:Β In order to keep up the momentum, we want you to focus on flexibility and mobility this week to prevent injuries than could slow us down. You will continue to intentionally workout harder than normal, be active daily, eat healthier, drinking more water and getting more sleep.Β 

WEEK 4: Let’s add more power to this challenge by upping your weights, workout frequency and intensity for the remainder of the challenge. Remember why you are doing this challenge and how you want to look this summer!

WEEK 5: This is an intense challenge, so why not get a little more intense to see how much you can improve by week six (just for fun). Grab a timer and see how many burpees you can do in 30-seconds. We challenge you to beat your own personal best in the last week!

WEEK 6:Β You’ve endured a lot this challenge and it’s time to go all-out in the last week so Β you can finish strong. It’s almost time to enjoy a long Memorial Day Weekend to kick-off your summer! Be sure to record you final burpee count on the challenge board by Friday and add your name to the raffle!

WEEK 7: We’ve all won for finishing the challenge + the raffle winner will be announced! Keep up your healthy habits maintain a strong summer body. Thanks for playing!
